- Is the locker for one single bag or can I store more than one?
- You can store as many bags and personal belongings as you like, as long as they fit inside the locker you selected without putting pressure on the door when it closes. You pay for the locker, not for the number of bags. To be sure everything fits, we recommend using the test area "check the size of your luggage" available on site.
- I forgot something. Can I open the locker and close it again?
- Yes, absolutely. As long as your booking is active, you are free to access your locker as many times as you want at no extra cost.
- How can I pay for the luggage storage?
- We only accept digital payments, either online through the booking website or on site using major international credit, debit, and bank cards. Cash payments are not accepted.
- How do I get to the Pick IT UP luggage storage?
- Pick IT UP is just a 10-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore and the main tourist attractions. You can reach it from the central train station with a 15-minute walk or a short bus ride, getting off at the Lame or Marconi stops. For more information, visit www.tper.it
- When is the Pick IT UP service available?
- We are open 7 days a week. You can access the luggage storage at any time from 07:00 in the morning until 22:00 in the evening.
- My storage time has expired. What should I do?
- No need to worry, your bags are still safe. To unlock the locker, the system will simply ask you to pay the difference for the extra time you used, calculated according to the extra-hour rates.
- What happens if I cannot collect my bags before closing time?
- It is important to know that the premises are not accessible after 22:00. If you are unable to collect your personal belongings in time, you will need to wait for reopening the following morning at 07:00. When you collect them, you will be charged for the additional time according to the extra-hour rate schedule, including night hours.
- Can I trust you with my luggage?
- Your peace of mind is our priority. The entire area is protected by a 24/7 video-surveillance system. The lockers are made of reinforced material and only you can access your locker.
- Can I get a discount?
- If you are staying in one of our partner B&Bs, you are entitled to a discount on the storage service. Ask your B&B for more details.
- My plans have changed. Can I get a refund for my booking?
- No, unfortunately refunds are not available for amounts paid in advance.

- Is my luggage insured?
- Yes, each locker is insured up to 1000 Euro. For more details, please refer to the dedicated section of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
